Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified.

Suncore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
